Sec. B5-25. Dealers to report sales.

All persons engaged in the business of selling new or secondhand bicycles are hereby required to make a daily report to the Sheriff's Department giving a list of all sales made by such dealers, which list shall include:

(a) The name and address of each person to whom a bicycle was sold;

(b) The kind of bicycle sold;

(c) A description and frame number thereof;

(d) The number of the metallic license plate attached thereto, if any.
