Sec. B12-31. Residence district limit increased to 35 mph.

The Board of Supervisors do, upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, hereby determine and declare that the orderly movement of vehicular traffic would be facilitated and would be safe within the hereinafter described residence districts by increasing the prima facie limit of 25 miles per hour. Consequently, no person shall drive a vehicle on or along the highways located within any of the following residence districts at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour:

Berryessa Road	Bayshore Highway to Coyote Creek.
Capitol Avenue	County portion between Alum Rock Avenue and Westboro Drive.
Charleston Road	From Stierlin Road to Bayshore Frontage Road.
Hollenbeck Avenue	County portion between Homestead Road and El Camino Real.
Leigh Avenue	Dry Creek Road, to Blossom Hill Road.
Meridian Road	San Jose-Stevens Creek Road to Hamilton Avenue.
Middle Avenue	From Monterey Road to 0.18 mile west of Olive Avenue.
Olive Street	From Watsonville Road to Middle Avenue.
Saratoga Avenue	Fruitdale Avenue to Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road
