ARTICLE 1.
INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

Sec. C4-1. 2004 California Electrical Code adopted.

The County Electrical Code consists of the 2004 California Electrical Code, which consists of the National Electrical Code, 2002 Edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association, as modified by the California Building Standards Commission, and the 2003 ICC Electrical Code - Administrative Provisions, as published by the International Code Council, except as to any omission, amendments and additions noted in this chapter, and each is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

ARTICLE 2.
OMISSIONS, AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO CALIFORNIA ELECTRICAL CODE*

Sec. C4-2. Omissions, amendments and additions.

Omissions, amendments and additions to the California Electrical Code are as set forth in this article.

Sec. C4-3. Permit fees.

Section 404.2 of the ICC Electrical Code, Administrative Provisions, is amended to read as follows:

Section 404.2. Schedule of permit fees. A fee for each permit shall be paid as required, in accordance with the schedule set forth by resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara.
