UNIFORM HOUSING CODE

ARTICLE 1.
INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

Sec. C7-1. 1997 Edition, Uniform Housing Code adopted.

The housing code of the County is the Uniform Housing Code, and appendix thereto, 1997 Edition, as adopted by the International Conference of Building Officials, and, except as to any omissions, amendments and additions hereinafter noted, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as fully as if fully set forth.

OMISSIONS, AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO UNIFORM HOUSING CODE

Sec. C7-2. Omissions, amendments and additions.

Omissions, amendments and additions to the Uniform Housing Code are as set forth in this article.

Sec. C7-3. Housing Advisory and Appeals Board.

Section 203.3 is added to such code to read:

Sec. 203.3. Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. "Housing Advisory And Appeals Boards" means the Planning Commission.
