The Office of Santa Clara County Supervisor Mike Wasserman offers full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (20 hours per week) internships.
District 1 interns can expect to learn about how a County Supervisor’s office operates where they will work closely with District 1 staff members. Some of the duties include drafting written correspondence, policy research, data management, newsletter and website content management, and clerical assistance. Duties will be assigned based on interns’ aptitude and current office needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills and an interest in local government.
