Hazardous Materials Facility/Tank Closure

HMCD is the local agency that regulates the closure of hazardous materials storage/handling facilities in the following geographic areas: within the Cities of Los Altos*, Los Altos Hills, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill*, Palo Alto*, San Jose*, and Saratoga; Moffett Field; San Martin; Stanford; and unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County.  In addition, HMCD handles County owned/operated facilities regardless of location. * Underground storage tank systems only
