Effective December 1, 2005, Santa Clara County implemented a county-wide suggestion program for all employees.
This program is designed to encourage employees to share their great ideas and participate in the improvement of the organization. Employees submitting successful suggestions will be recognized at the department level. Successful monetary suggestions will be given a cash award based on the tangible or intangible value of the suggestion to the County of Santa Clara.
