The Board of Supervisors of Santa Clara County is committed to having the highest caliber employees and to providing citizens with quality service. To this effort, the County and many labor organizations have negotiated employee performance appraisal programs. Provided below (in the Attachments), for your convenience, are the forms and instruction guides currently available electronically.
Currently, Employee Development offers the following classes:
- Performance Appraisal Process at Santa Clara County
Who Should Take This Class: All County employees.
- Performance Appraisal for SEIU Local 521
- ILT (Instructor Led Training)
Who Should Attend: Employees affiliated with CEMA and SEIU Local 521.
