The Training Liaisons are our ambassadors to all County departments and its employees as well as partners in creating a County training community. The Training Liaisons stay informed about our programs and services so that they can help refer employees to services they need. They keep us informed on what their departments need. In turn, we use that information to decide on what programs to develop in the future. Training Liaisons also participate in Working Groups that focus on different County training initiatives. These individuals have taken this responsibility as a departmental assignment or have volunteered for this task.
Some of their duties and responsibilities include:
- Attending biannual meetings
- Receiving and distributing training information
- Requesting special departmental training
- Requesting training statistics
- Informing us of what is happening in their departments
