The Executive Management Salary Ordinance NS-20.13, provides for the compensation of persons in management positions of the County of Santa Clara, unrepresented by recognized employee organizations, and includes members of the Board of Supervisors, the Assessor, the District Attorney, and the Sheriff.
Exhibit A sets forth the specific executive management positions and lists the corresponding bi-weekly base salary (mid-point) for each position (excluding the Board of Supervisors). Except as otherwise stated in this Ordinance, each employee shall receive no less than 12-1/2% below the base salary (mid-point) and no more than 12-1/2% above the base salary, as determined by the County Executive. Please note that these salaries are table driven and not calculated mathematically. Elected County officials (excluding the Board of Supervisors), and persons appointed by the Board of Supervisors shall be paid as listed in Exhibit A.
