On Monday, April 29, 2013, the County of Santa Clara released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) soliciting proposals from developers interested in creating a compelling vision for the Civic Center Campus that is a benefit to the community, the County, the City of San Jose, and the business communities that may be housed on the Public-Private Campus.

The County is soliciting proposals from entities interested in:

  • Establishing a long-term site development plan: integrating both public facilities and private development on its Civic Center Campus;
  • Assisting the County in achieving the highest and best use;

  • Aiding the County in making choices regarding appropriate treatment of the former San Jose City Hall.

If you are a developer and are interested in responding to the RFQ, please provide your contact information below or download the RFQ document.
