Local Fire Authority Review for Public School Construction

Our office will be happy to review your plans. You may make an appointment with our Land Development Deputy by calling 408-299-5763 or stop by and see us in person any

Wednesday or Friday
 8 a.m. to Noon or 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
except Holidays.

We would appreciate some advance notice so we can provide you with faster service during your visit, as our Deputy may need to research our files. We may also need some time to review your submittal, so please come in early enough to avoid delaying your project.

PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:

  • Two copies of your plan, as we require one copy for our project folder.
  • Please download and complete the “Miscellaneous Fire Marshal Review Application ” and submit it with your plans.

    Note: When we receive your submittal we will issue your plans a Plan Check Number (PC#) for tracking purposes.

    Please have this PC# available when calling to discuss your project so we can promptly access your information.
  • Fees: There is no charge for this review.
