Quality Control & IPM Performance Management

The Quality Systems Evaluation is a comprehensive audit developed to thoroughly evaluate an IPM supplier's quality system, its delivery and compliance to IPM ordinance. The County IPM Manger will be assisting user departments in IPM quality control and assurance processes. IPM project performance will be measured statistically, continuously improved to achieve its objectives, while maintaining a pest-free environment.

The Department IPM Coordinator should assist in quality auditing of their IPM Programs, while the County IPM Coordinator will ensure the compliance and performance overall.
