The Board of Supervisors of Santa Clara County and the County Executive are committed to having the highest caliber employees and to providing citizens with quality service.  In support of this commitment, the County and many labor organizations have negotiated employee performance appraisal programs.  Learning & Employee Development currently offers the following performance appraisal courses:
 
  •  Performance Appraisal Process at Santa Clara County
    • web based training 
    • Intended for all County employees.
  • Performance Appraisal for SEIU Local 521
    • instructor led training
    • Intended for employees affiliated with SEIU Local 521

Forms and instructions for the various unions are available below.
