Learning & Employee Development (LED) is pleased to offer the following certification programs. Each program is aimed at providing you with the essential knowledge and skills that will help you become more productive and successful. In addition to enhancing your skills, completion of a certification program may count towards educational credits for County jobs that have such requirements.

General Certificate Program Information
- It’s recommended that you start with the certificate program’s Essentials course first.
- You are welcome to take an individual course without pursuing a certificate if you are interested in that topic.
- To acquire a certification, you must complete all five courses. To get credit for an individual course, you must attend all sessions of the course in the same quarter.
- Upon completion, e-mail the Program Manager with the titles and dates of the courses taken. Upon verification, a certificate will be issued to the employee.
