Contractor Prequalification Process
If you are a California licensed contractor you may be eligible to become a prequalified contractor in the Housing Rehabilitation Program. Review the Contractor Eligibility and Insurance requirements. If you meet the eligibility requirements complete the Contractor Prequalification Application and submit it to the Office of Affordable Housing for review.
