Last modified: 3/6/2012 4:10 PM

Program Overview
The VOMP-RJ Program of Santa Clara County is a professional collaboration between the Santa Clara County Juvenile Probation Division and the Dispute Resolution Program.

The purpose of the program is to empower people by placing the ability to resolve issues of crime in the parties' hands, rather than solely in the hands of the judge.

A voluntary, confidential process, the VOMP-RJ Program brings juveniles and their parents together with victims of crime, in order to resolve conflict.

There are 3 types of cases the VOMP-RJ program assists in: Victim Offender Mediation, Parent Youth Mediation, Youth Youth Mediation.
