Victim/Offender (VOMP) - Mediation Program Overview
The VOMP-RJ Program of Santa Clara County is a professional collaboration between the Santa Clara County Juvenile Probation Division and the Dispute Resolution Program.
Youth Youth Mediation
Youth Youth Mediation is a process whereby juveniles experiencing conflict at school or with another youth outside of school are able to come together to discuss.
Parent Youth Mediation
Parent Youth Mediation is a process whereby families who have specific problems in the home (between parents and youth, stepparents, stepchildren, foster parents & single mothers & fathers) can come together in a safe, communicative environment in order to resolve conflict.
Victim Offender Mediation
In a victim offender meeting, juvenile offenders are given the opportunity to come together with their victim(s) of crime in order to resolve the harm which is created by crime.
