WHY:  These animals need forever homes and we’re overstocked!  Due to “kitten season,” the time of year when shelters are flooded with litters of unwanted, homeless kittens and an additional influx of dogs, Silicon Valley WeCARE shelters are hoping to get as many animals adopted as possible over the coming weeks.

All dogs and cats have had personalized medical (vaccines, spay/neuter services, microchipping) and behavioral care so they are ready to be adopted now.

Beth Ward, head of the WeCARE alliance and COO of Humane Society Silicon Valley is available to discuss this promotion, as well as the over-population of dogs and cats in Silicon Valley and how WeCARE is working together to find homes for all homeless pets in the area.
