Departmental Safety Coordinators are responsible for the overall coordination of health and safety programs within their department. They serve as a critical liaison between OSEC, agency/department heads, and line supervisors and their employees. With inputs from employees and managers, Safety Coordinators oversee the implementation of health and safety policies in a way that works well with their particular agency or department.
