Silicon Valley 2.0 was officially launched on May 6, 2013 with a Stakeholder's Kick-off meeting. This half-day meeting provided an opportunity to convene stakeholders from multiple sectors of government, non-profits and public partners. Stakeholders from multiple disciplines such as environmental, social, economic and more were invited to provide input on vulnerabilities and risks from their perspective.
Silicon Valley 2.0 was proud to welcome Mr. Michael McCormick from the State of California Office of Planning and Research to provide an introduction regarding the State of Climate Change and Adaptation in California.
