Family-Friendly Workplace Award

The Family-Friendly Workplace designation entitles you to an official seal from the County of Santa Clara which you can display in your door front and on all advertising materials.  There are two steps to this award: A Family-Friendly Designation and a Family-Friendly Workplace Award assessment. 
The first step of the Family-Friendly Workplace Award is to  be certified as a SCC Family-Friendly Employer  through the County of Santa Clara Public Health Department.  The Family-Friendly Employer award covers lactation accommodations only.  If you have not been certified, apply for designation online now.  
The second step for the Family-Friendly Workplace Award is to take a self-assessment.  The Family-Friendly Workplace Award is more comprehensive and covers pregnancy, parental leave and caregiving accommodations.  Please take a self-assessment online now.  (If you prefer to print and mail in your form, please use the link provided under attachments.)
