The Lawrence Expressway Grade Separation Project is a study that will look at the intersections at Reed Avenue/Monroe Street, Kifer Road, and Arques Avenue to address traffic congestion.   These next two links point to the  Project Map and the Final Concept Fact Sheet.   Updated May 20, 2014.

Community Meetings:

Traffic Simulation Videos: Two simulated videos portraying  AM traffic  and  PM traffic  periods are available from YouTube.  Posted Mar 18, 2014.
