This application is designed to provide information and assistance to registered voters. It cannot be used to cast a ballot electronically. To fully utilize all features, you must be registered to vote in Santa Clara County. If you moved, changed your name, or changed your political party, you must re-register to vote. The deadline to register to vote is 15 days before the election.

We do not save the information that you enter into the County of Santa Clara Registrar of Voters website or sccVOTE mobile application (software) that you may use to:
1. Find your polling place
2. View voter info pamphlet
3. View a sample ballot
4. Look up your districts
5. Look up your voter registration
6. Track your vote by mail ballot
7. Track your provisional ballot
When you use the County of Santa Clara Registrar of Voters website or sccVOTE mobile application to perform the seven tasks listed above, we do not save your address, your date of birth, your ballot number, or your voter precinct number that you might enter into the software. We use the information you enter to lookup the information you request and present the information to you. Then we delete the information you provided when making the request.
Because we do not keep the information that you provide when making a request, we cannot share the information with other agencies, vendors, or advertisers.
Please note that when you Register to Vote online, you are interacting with the California State Online Voter Registration Site, and there is a different privacy policy for that website.
