TO VOTE: Connect the arrow pointing
to your candidate and measure choices
with one thin line.
ABRAHAM LINCOLN

Please use BLUE or BLACK color ink only.
Do not use permanent markers.

Write-In Voting. To vote for a candidate not listed on the ballot:

Print the name of the qualified write-in candidate in the BLANK SPACE. Only qualified write-in candidates will be counted.

CONNECT the arrow for that position.

"Vote for..." How Many? Do not vote for more candidates than the number to be elected for each office, or your votes for that contest will not be counted. If you make a mistake on one contest, it does not invalidate the entire ballot.

Need a New Ballot? If a mistake is made and a new ballot is needed, tell the Election Officer and a replacement ballot will be issued.

After Completing your Ballot:

  • Detach the top numbered stub
  • Place your voted ballot in the secrecy sleeve. (Do Not Fold) and return to the Election Officer for deposit into the ballot box.

Voting Provisionally (Pink Envelope):

  • Detach the top numbered stub
  • Place your voted ballot in the PINK Provisional Envelope (Fold on pre-scored folds ONLY) and return to the Election Officer for deposit into the ballot box.
