FREE Training - You’re invited to the 2012 Santa Clara County Food Assistance Training: “How to Successfully Navigate Through Santa Clara County’s Food System”
The Network for Healthy California – Bay Area Region LIA and Communities Putting Prevention to Work-Obesity Prevention Initiative are co-sponsoring a FREE interactive training titled, “How to Successfully Navigate through Santa Clara County’s Food System.”
This training is scheduled for Friday, August 10, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Sobrato Center for Nonprofits – San Jose, 1400 Parkmoor Avenue, Cupertino Room A & B, San Jose, CA 95126.
At this training, participants will have the opportunity to personally interact with food assistance program representatives, individuals knowledgeable about current available local resources and gain valuable insight about the program to better assist clients in obtaining and maintaining benefits. This training is open to community based organizations (CBOs) and direct service providers. Help spread the word about this informative training!
