Santa Clara County CPPW Obesity Prevention Initiative Launches New Public Awareness Campaign to Promote Safe Routes for All of Us!
October 19, 2012
To promote walking and bicycling, as well as to create safer routes for all street uses, the Public Health Department's "Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW) Obesity Prevention Initiative" launched
a new TV ad campaign, called "Safe Routes for All of Us."
"Safe Routes for All of Us" brings attention to the issue of obesity and encourages parents, schools, city leaders and community officials to take action, and increase opportunities for kids to be physically active in safe environments -- before, during and after school. The TV ad will be streamed on local community access stations’ websites and on-line community bulletin boards.
Please share this promotional flyer with your partners.
