The Public Health Department’s Eat Healthy! Eat Smart! Innovative Nutrition Program is co-sponsoring, along with Emma Prusch Farm Park Foundation, the 19th Annual Harvest Fair & Exposition on Saturday, October 6, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at Emma Prusch Farm Park, 647 South King Road, San Jose.
This year, the event will include a large family oriented pumpkin patch, exhibits of 4H projects, expanded plant sales, all day entertainment, tours of the Park, historic farm house, barn, orchards and “Emma’s Heirloom German Kitchen Garden” and more!!! The event will also feature cooking demonstrations led by a local celebrity chef.
Please join us at this fun, free family event! Download the flyer and help spread the word! The goal of the event is to embrace the spirit of the county fair and provide a place for families to celebrate a “country fair” in San Jose.
