Travel/Adult Immunization Clinic Location and Hours

WE DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENTS
DROP-IN CLINIC HOURS ARE FROM
Monday - Friday
8:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. 
The clinic is closed daily from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
 
The clinic is closed every third Thursday of each month from 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.
 
  • No TB Tests will be given on Thursdays  
  • Clinic hours are subject to change without prior notification 
  • Plan on arriving 30 minutes before closing for adult immunization services. 
  • Travel patients will be accepted up until 4:00 p.m. 
  • The clinic may close early if full capacity is reached. 
  • The clinic is closed on weekends and Santa Clara County Holidays.
