Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
Need help buying food? Have questions about what to feed your child, or what to eat during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

WIC is here to help!

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is a free nutrition program that helps pregnant women, women with infants, infants, and young children eat well, be active, and stay healthy. The federally funded program is run by the Public Health Department. WIC participants receive special checks to buy healthy foods from WIC-authorized vendors, information about nutrition and health, help finding health care and other community services, and breastfeeding support and information.
