HIV Planning Council

 
 
Our Mission
 
It is the mission of the Santa Clara HIV Planning Council for prevention and care to create an effective, compassionate and comprehensive
system of healthcare and other support for people living with HIV/AIDS
in Santa Clara County.
  
 
The HIV Planning Council for Prevention and Care is an integrated body, serving as the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A Planning Council, the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part B Consortia Program, the Community Planning Group/Local Implementation Group for prevention, as well as other activities determined by the Council and/or Board of Supervisors.
 
If your organization has sponsored an activity or event, please assist us by completing the Santa Clara County 2012-2014 Comprehensive HIV Prevention and Care Plan Activity Tracking Form
(one form per event).
