Applications are received by Santa Clara County Human Resources. Upon receipt of your application, you will receive a letter approximately 2 weeks prior to your scheduled written test date. We test monthly, typically on a Saturday. Upon successfully passing the written test, you will be invited to participate in the physical agility test. The physical agility test generally takes place two weeks after the written examination.
