A commercial trucker making a west bound run on Hecker Pass Highway noticed the victim's vehicle as he passed. All seemed normal. About one hour later (12:30 PM), on his east bound return trip, he noticed the vehicle in the exact same location. |  |
He approached the vehicle to check on the status of the female and discovered the unresponsive victim, slumped over in passenger side of the vehicle, with some visible blood on her person. The car headlights were on and the motor was running.
