OUTREACH Paratransit Transportation provides transportation services to qualified older adults who are unable to access the congregate meal sites for lunch. There is a limited amount of OUTREACH service available to the Senior Nutrition Congregate Meal Sites. Each participant is required to file a separate application to OUTREACH.
As required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 it is a Federal requirement to provide transportation services to persons who are unable to use fixed-route public transit such as bus or light rail. Interested applicants are required to submit an application to OUTREACH. For more information, please contact OUTREACH.
Some sites also provide limited transportation with their own vehicles. Please contact the individual site for availability of transportation.
