Fitness Classes

2014 Fall Quarter



Registration is required.  Registration through sccLearn at is required for ALL classes; No walk-ins will be allowed. You can register at work or from home.  For technical support, email: or call 408-918-7000.  SSA employees, please contact or call 408-755-7575 for technical assistance.
Registration process. Your sccLearn user name and password are required to register. Reference Guides to sccLearn are available. Please log on and become familiar with the registration system prior to March 4th.  Refer to the Fitness Class FAQs for more information.
Class Eligibility. Classes are only available to full or part time benefited County employees. Unfortunately, extra-help, Contractors, Interns and Retirees are NOT eligible to register for classes.
Class Attendance. Attendance to the first class session is required. If you do not come to the first class, you will be dropped from the course.
Class Monitoring. Participants must sign-in for every class. Sign-in sheets will be used to monitor class attendance and we may cancel classes with low attendance.
Code of Conduct.  Class participants ae asked to observe common courtesies, at all times, when participating in Employee Wellness classes.  Participants are required to review the
Code of Conduct prior to attending classes.
Waitlist. Fitness classes are very popular and do fill up quickly, so please plan ahead. If the class is already full, you will be given the option to waitlist the course. The waitlist will only be open until the first date of each class. We will not add anyone after the first class session.
Conflicting classes. If you are already registered for any classes or trainings that conflict with the Fitness classes, the system will block you from "double-booking" yourself and you will not be allowed to register.
Waiver. You must bring a completed waiver of liability form to the first session of each fitness class in order to participate. Bring your County badge and employee ID # to all fitness class sessions.
