PICK YOUR PATH and March Into May! Starting on March 10th, this 10-week program will encourage employees to get active by setting personal physical fitness goals. Boost your heart health, lower stress,  and increase your well-being. 
 
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.  No late registrations will be accepted.  Please join us next year!
 
  • March 10 - May 18: March into May!
    • Log your activity with the Personal Activity Log or Online Activity Tracker (a link to the tracker was sent with your registration confirmation). 
    • Read your Weekly Tips.
    • Stay active.  
    • Reach your goal (or 90% of your goal) by May 18.
  • May 23: Last day to submit activty logs.
  • Late June: If you reached your goal, you will receive your congratulatory gift.
The Employee Wellness Department and your Team Leaders will support you along the way to reach your State of Wellness!
