- March 10 - May 18: March into May!
- Log your activity with the Personal Activity Log or Online Activity Tracker (a link to the tracker was sent with your registration confirmation).
- Read your Weekly Tips.
- Stay active.
- Reach your goal (or 90% of your goal) by May 18.
- May 23: Last day to submit activty logs.
- Late June: If you reached your goal, you will receive your congratulatory gift.
