Coming soon: Step It Up
Step It Up is a 4-week program that encourages employees to add physical activity into their daily routine by using the stairs instead of the elevator. Participants accumulate points for every stair step they take. If stairs aren't available - or it's difficult for you to climb stairs - you can earn points with other forms of physical activity. Incentives are given to participants who achieve a minimum number of points at the end of the program.
