Employment Connection is a FREE service to any employer in Santa Clara County. We pride ourselves on focusing on employer needs. We want you to hire who you think is best for the job, Schedule a presentation, post a job listing or hold a recruiting event....all at no cost.

No Cost Employer Services Coverage: Employment Connection has three centers in Santa Clara County. A center located in San Jose, one in Gilroy and one in Sunnyvale.

Jobs Database: When you fax, email, call, mail or submit your job orders on-line, your jobs are viewed by job seekers who are pre-screened by our Employment Counselors before you are contacted.

Employer Presentations: Employment Connection has regularly scheduled presentations in our centers. Employers discuss their companies, jobs they are currently recruiting for, hiring process and advancement opportunities. You can collect resumes to process later or interview on the spot. Presentations usually take about 45 minutes and put you in touch with people who are interested and ready to work for your company.

Specialized Recruitment: If your company has a special need to hire many people quickly we can work with your staff to organize a recruiting event specifically to fit your needs.

We provide the location, staff, marketing and jobseekers recruited from the general public as well as from our centers. You provide the recruiters and the jobs.

Job Fairs

Employment Connection hosts a variety of job fairs to help meet employer needs throughout the year. These job fairs can meet seasonal hiring needs such as our Holiday Job Fair and our Summer Jobs Job Fair. Or we can host an event to meet a group of employer’s specific needs. In other words, we are flexible. We are very proud of our annual job fair which for the past ten years has typically hosted 40-75 employers and approximately 2500 job seekers. For this event we do charge a nominal fee.

At the Employment Connection we feel that we are a valuable recruiting source that should not be overlooked.
