Employment Connection is CalWORKs' (California Work and Responsibility to Kids Program) direct link to the employer community with the goal of connecting CalWORKs participants to employment. Use of the center is solely for CalWORKs recipients receiving cash aid. The Employment Connection Program has three centers serving the needs of customers located in North County, Central San Jose, and South County.

The Employment Connection Program has placed over 8,500 participants since 1993, and has served over 800 local employers.
