Family & Children Las Plumas Behavioral Health Clinic

Las Plumas Behavioral Health Clinic, Family & Children Services, provides services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families in a variety of settings including the home, local community, and the clinic setting. Outpatient services include individual, group, and family therapy by licensed or license-eligible clinicians. Evaluation for psychiatric medication is available when indicated. Infant and Early Childhood specialists provide therapy tailored to families of young children. The Young Adults in Transition Team (YATT) Program is a multidisciplinary team that provides a range of services, including outreach and engagement, therapy, social-vocational supports, and referral to housing programs. 

Services are provided in English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Tagalog with bi-cultural and bilingual staff. Cost is based on a sliding scale and ability-to-pay. Medi-Cal and Healthy Kids insurance are also accepted. Las Plumas Behavioral Health provides services from Milpitas to South San Jose.
