​​​Walk me through the process:  To get alcohol and drug treatment, please call Gateway at the number provided on this website. Gateway is the Call Center for alcohol and drug treatment services. After you call Gateway, a telephone representative will ask you a few questions about your situation. These questions are used to refer you to an appropriate agency for treatment. You may be given an appointment at an agency or times for a ‘walk-in’ appointment.”

​​Our Services
Substance Use Treatment Services (SUTS) provides alcohol and drug treatment services to adults who need them.  Alcohol and drug treatment services are available to all Santa Clara County residents regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.  

Services are available in five languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Tagalog.

If you or a loved one requires alcohol & drug treatment, please call the number shown above.  A representative will ask you a few questions and refer you to a treatment clinic.  Our treatment services are delivered in a welcoming environment that respects your decision to seek treatment and your background, irrespective of your culture, national origin, language, sexual orientation or any other factor.  Our services are focused on helping you improve your health and well-being.
