Obtain an As-built of Existing Septic/OWTS

When submitting for a Septic/Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) permit, plans are received and approved by the Department of Environmental Health (DEH). After the installation of the Septic/OWTS, changes may be made to the original design, which are then documented on a Septic/OWTS As-built. The As-built reflects the most accurate sizing and location of the installed Septic/OWTS.

To obtain an As-built of the Septic/OWTS, please submit a public records request by going to  Please include the following information in the request:
     1. Property Address
     2. APN (Assessor’s Parcel Number)
     3. Requestor’s Contact Information
          a. Name
          b. EMAIL
          c. Phone Number
Please allow up to 10 days for processing all requests.  Responses will be sent via e-mail (unless otherwise requested).
