MFF Closure

If you stopped operating your Mobile Food Facility (MFF) and wish to close your account, a written request must be received to close the account to stop renewal billings (may take 2-3 billing cycles). Account balances must be settled prior to closing the account.


If the permit is still current, complete the MFF Closure Request Form and email to dehweb@deh.sccgov.org.

 

If the permit has not expired, the permit decal must be removed from the MFF and submitted by mail or in person along with the MFF Closure Request form.
