Santa Clara Central Park Pavilion
Summer Concerts in the Park: The City of Santa Clara's Concerts in the Park series offers free performances on six Monday evenings and four Friday evenings at Central Park Pavilion starting on June 8. Monday concerts are from 7-8 p.m. and Friday concerts are from 6:30-8 p.m. Monday concerts are sponsored by Santa Clara City Library's Youth Services Program. Friday concert series are sponsored by the City’s Cultural Commission.

Music in the Park: A double serving of SALSA! Beyond the talent of each individual member, JULIO BRAVO Y SU ORQUESTA SALSABOR, is a unique blend of vocal styles and energetic danceable salsa that has earned them the title as “The Bay Area’s Top Salsa Band” by their legion of fans, for over two decades and growing. Peruvian born singer, composer, and bandleader, Julio Bravo creates an explosion of sound and energy, mixed with Orquesta Salsabor’s dynamic range and energetic live show, making them a fun spectacle for dance and music lovers. PA’L BAILADOR means “For The Dancer”, and this Bay-Area based super group is known for playing upbeat and energetic salsa music that keeps dancers on the dance floor all night. Directed by Neftali Rosado, Pa’l Bailador fuses the sounds of Puerto Rico and New York, and play covers of all the latest hits as well as their own original tracks and arrangements.

San Jose State University
8th Annual Target Summer Pops: Symphony Silicon Valley’s free outdoor music festival brings professional orchestral music to the community in what has quickly become a beloved family tradition, with last year’s festival drawing over 22,000 people. This year’s festival will include an all Beethoven program, and an evening of big band sounds. Free ice cream is provided for the Sunday concerts and people are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, blankets and beach chairs.

Santa Clara County Fairgrounds
Santa Clara County Fair: The Santa Clara County Fair returns for another fantastic event the whole family will enjoy. This four-day celebration features live music, exhibitions, demonstrations, amazing food and much more. Among this year's highlights are carnival rides, the Renaissance Kingdom, a Civil War display, a petting zoo, pony Rides, a mobile paintball gallery and a healthy sandwich competition.

Memorial Park Amphitheater
Romeo and Juliet (Shakespeare in the Park): Shakespeare in the Park began in 1983, with its debut production of The Tempest in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. It is now one of the major free Shakespeare programs in the nation. This program provides an opportunity for everyone to see high quality, professional theater free of charge and is held at the Memorial Park Amphitheater, located at Stevens Creek Blvd & Anton Way in Cupertino. Bring a picnic, a blanket, and the whole family to enjoy FREE professional theatre at Cupertino’s Memorial Park Amphitheatre. Don’t miss our Green Show, a half hour before showtime – a great introduction to the play for all ages!

Villa Montalvo
Rock the Garden: This free event will give the public the opportunity to engage with current and former Artists-in-Residence; view innovative music, dance, and literary performances; explore Montalvo’s historic grounds; and enjoy dining options from gourmet food trucks. Rock the Garden 2015 will feature a large scale performance festival showcasing live works by former and current LAP residents. The performances, which will take place throughout Montalvo's grounds and historical villa, will include works by dancer/choreographers, composer/musicians, and visual and performance artists. Visitors will also be able to enjoy the various art works on view on Montalvo's grounds, including some new installation, intervention and participatory based works by LAP residents premiering this summer, and a stunning exhibition of bronze works by acclaimed American sculptor Stephen De Staebler.

Civic Center Plaza
Concerts on the Plaza: The Community Services Department proudly presents six Concerts on the Plaza!  The concert series will take place on the first Friday of the month April through September from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  Join your friends and neighbors and bring your blanket or lawn chair down to the Civic Center Plaza for a variety of musical performances.  In addition to the music, there will be food trucks, a “Pop Up Park” area for children and for adults, beer and wine.
