The Department of Child Support Services has closed its lobby effective March 17, 2020. We are still available to assist you with questions and concerns. Please call 866-901-3212 for assistance with child support cases. Our COVID-19 hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Services are limited at this time. Customers can also communicate with the department electronically via CUSTOMER CONNECT.

If you have an upcoming hearing, due to the Shelter in Place Order related to COVID-19, your hearing may be rescheduled.
To check the status of your case, you can search for your case on the court’s public portal at https://portal.scscourt.org/.
If your case is confidential (CP Docket) it will not show up on the public website, to check status you can email the court at email@example.com or call 408-882-2700 (press 8 then 0). Please call or email at least 2 days in advance of your scheduled hearing date.
