Property Tax Notifications by Email

The Department of Tax and Collections added an “E-mail Opt-in” link to the Office of the Assessor’s website. This link allows property owners to register and access the secured Member Services page for information related to their properties. By opting in, property owners will receive electronic notifications related to their assessments and property tax bills via electronic mail in lieu of the printed mail via the United States Postal Service.

The Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) and PIN can be obtained upon request to the Office of the Assessor. This information will also be included in the ‘Notice of Assessed Value’ letter mailed by the Office of the Assessor.

To register follow the link https://www.sccassessor.org/register
