Initial EMT Certification, Initial Paramedic Accreditation and all other Initial Credentials identification verification, payment processing, and personnel photographing will be conducted by appointment only.

Initial applicants must contact the EMS Agency at 408.794.0616 to schedule an appointment with the Professional Standards Unit.
Appointments can be made Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm.
