Santa Clara County Certification, Accreditation and Credentialing

 

ALL CREDENTIAL PROCESSING WILL BE CONDUCTED VIA THE WEB BASED SANTA CLARA COUNTY EMS SYSTEM CREDENTIALING PORTAL THAT IS ACCESSIBLE BELOW.

Initial EMT Certification, Initial Paramedic Accreditation and all other Initial Credentials identification verification, payment processing, and personnel photographing will be conducted by appointment only.

Please review and complete the appropriate Credential Checklist listed below prior to your appointment.

Initial applicants must contact the EMS Agency at 408.794.0605 to schedule an appointment with the Professional Standards Unit.

Appointments can be made Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm.

EMT Recertification, Continuous Paramedic Accreditation and renewal of all other Credentials do not require the scheduling of an appointment and are handled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm.
