Department of Human Resources

​The primary functions of the Department of Human Resources include recruitment, classification and benefits administration.

The Recruitment Division employs a variety of methods and strategies to recruit quality candidates, including participation in job fairs, advertisement in targeted newspapers/publications and the Internet, linkage with educational institutions, and the seeking of input from departments, as well as establishes eligible lists after conducting a thorough examination process.

The Classification Division maintains the Countywide position classification plan by conducting classification and reallocation studies and providing organizational guidance to departments.
