Merit System Rules
The Merit System Rules is a document that contains the rules that govern our personnel practices. The Merit System Rules have been approved by the Board of Supervisors.
County Charter
The People of the County of Santa Clara, adopt this Charter to facilitate the governing of the county, promote equal justice and enable our elected and appointed officers to meet the social, economic, physical and environmental needs and goals of the people.
