Healthcare Access Program

Have you recently lost your job or had your hours cut?  Have you lost your health coverage?  Do your prescriptions cost too much?  If you can answer yes to any of these questions, you may qualify for medical, vision, dental, prescription and mental health services.

The Healthcare Access Program (HAP) reduces the amount you owe for services and/or medicines based on your income. For some people there will be no cost.

The Medication Assistance Program*

The program provides inhalers for asthma, insulin for diabetes, and EPI pens for allergies at no or low-cost.

The program works in two ways.  If you qualify for the Healthcare Access program, you can get these medications.  But you can also qualify for these medications by filling out a financial form, without applying for HAP.  Depending on your health coverage and the amount you pay for these medications, you may get them for no or low-cost.

*Participation in the medication program may require being in a research study.

For either program our team will assist you in completing an application and turning in any documents needed to determine if you are eligible.  The information you share will be kept confidential and will only be used for providing you care.

Our team of customer service representatives and financial counselors are here to help. They know about these programs and other options for everyone at every income level.  Please reach out to our team to learn what program can work for you.

To be eligible for this discount care program, patients must submit a completed Financial Assistance Application.  Please call us at 1-866-967-4677 if you like to speak to one of staff.
